Are you having a family and friends event in town? You can house 6 overnight guests in this spacious villa and host a before and after wedding party, birthday celebration, or that special annual get-together.

The magnificent open plan second floor Main Living area features generous granite counters in the centrally located and fully-equipped kitchen, powder room, bar, dining table and chairs, and seating area with internet connected large screen Roku TV. Decks are located to both ends of the space, to the north and south. A rear stairwell provides easy access to the floral garden with porch, barbeque area, firepit, and seating.

The 3 first floor bedrooms, connected by a central hallway, can sleep two people in each room.

The “Touch of Crimson” master bedroom features a king size bed, internet connected Roku TV, generous walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, water closet with toilet and bidet, and two vanities. This bedroom has a second exit for private access to the rear stairs and back porch and gardens.

The “Aviary” bedroom, with two twin beds and ample closet space, is connected by a full Jack and Jill bathroom to “The Salon”.

“The Salon” features a king-size bed, dresser, closet, and an array of artwork available for purchase exclusively by our guests. Included in this collection are renowned artists Fanch Ledan, Michael Godard, Samantha Chilvers, Pierre Matisse, Jill Amos Raine, Thomas Kincade, and Indian painter and film director Maqbool Fida Husain.

Adjacent to “The Salon” is a conveniently located custom wet bar with coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge.
