First Floor

The 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms on the first floor are connected by a central hallway. Each bedroom can sleep two people, for a total of 6.

The bedrooms can be accessed by either the main front door or the rear porch door. The rear is handicap accessible with a concrete ramp from the paved path up to the rear porch and into the villa.

The “Touch of Crimson” master bedroom, located to the rear of the villa, features a king size bed, internet connected Roku TV, generous walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, water closet with toilet and bidet, and two vanities. The doorways are wide for wheelchair or walker access and the shower is continuous tile from the bathroom into the shower. The rear exit has private access to the back porch and gardens.

The “Aviary” bedroom, with two twin beds and ample closet space, is connected by a full Jack and Jill bathroom to “The Salon”.

“The Salon” features a king-size bed, dresser, closet, and an array of artwork available for purchase exclusively by our guests. Included in this collection are renowned artists Fanch Ledan, Michael Godard, Samantha Chilvers, Pierre Matisse, Jill Amos Raine, Thomas Kincade, and Indian painter and film director Maqbool Fida Husain.

Adjacent to “The Salon” is a conveniently located custom wet bar with coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge.
