Welcome to 133 South St in the historic Lincolnville section of downtown St Augustine Florida.

My name is Debbie and I am your hostess for a wonderful vacation in beautiful St Augustine.

Our Villa is located a brisk walk from downtown tourist attractions and just a quick uber ride to the lovely beaches.

Inspired by a Tuscany villa we frequented in the hill town of Roccatederighi, construction on our custom Villa was completed in 2009. You will discover modern conveniences housed inside old world charm. The 2nd floor Main Living area has vaulted ceilings and “American clay” stucco walls as well as decks overlooking the street to the north and our private garden and the nearby marina to the south. The Main Living area, with its travertine tile floors and open floor plan is ideal for hosting a large family and friends gathering. We have hosted events totaling more than 40 people in this space.

Our Villa is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, furnished rooms throughout, and sleeps 8 guests in four bedrooms. There are 3 full baths with showers and one powder room. The third floor master suite private deck overlooks views of the San Sebastian river and  sweeping vistas in the distance.

For those who love the “haunted” side to St Augustine, this Villa holds its own theatrical drama. In the Friday the 13th Fan Film, “F13 Vengeance”, the Sheriff, played by the late great Steve Dash, met his demise at the hands of Jason in our very kitchen!
